  • System> Open Advanced System Settings> Advanced tab.
  • Click the Settings button under the Startup and Recovery line.
  • Disable the Auto Restart option in the System Failure line.
  • Under the Write Debug Information row, confirm the Complete Memory Dump option. Click the OK button to restart the computer.

Run the system file checker.

  • Turn on your computer in safe mode.
  • Run the Command Prompt screen as an administrator.
  • Type sfc / scannow and press Enter.
  • Wait for the controller to complete the process and restart the computer.

Update your Windows.

  • Turn on your computer in safe mode.
  • Open the Settings> Update & Security page.
  • Open the Windows Update page and click the Check for Updates button from there.
  • Wait for updates to be checked and if an update is available, install it.

If your computer cannot be opened in safe mode;

Run startup repair.

  • Connect the Windows recovery drive or disc to your computer.
  • Click on the Repair Your Computer option.
  • Click on the Troubleshoot option and open the Advanced Options menu.
  • From here, click on Startup Repair to select the fix target and start the Repair process.

Perform a system restore.

  • Connect the Windows recovery drive or disc to your computer.
  • Click on the Troubleshoot option to open the Advanced Options menu.
  • From here click on the System Restore option.
  • Select the account to continue and Click the Next button.
  • In turn, by choosing a date that you do not get an error; Click Next, Finish and Yes.
  • Wait for the restore to complete.
