Solution 3 #

1. Open Task Manager by pressing the CTRL + ALT + Del keys simultaneously.
2. Go to File -> Run New Task.
3. Next msconfig w/admin privileges Enter the command in the system.
4. Then continue with Secure Boot and tick Network.
5. After pressing the ‘OK’ button, the system will restart.

In some cases, this problem can be caused by antivirus programs, so disable the antivirus programs, restart the computer and see if it continues. If the problem is resolved, it would be best to continue with another antivirus application.
